SPECIAL FEATURES

The stroke can be mechanically adjusted by means of angular position of the rotating masses. The shaking device is controlled by a control cabinet. The controls are gathered on the operator screen. The use in combination with a carbon fiber breast roll permits to reach higher shake numbers for the same force as a standard metallic breast roll, together with a reduced power consumption. In order to reach high values of stroke at high frequencies, we customizes each shake unit rod in terms of mechanical strength. Doing so, the range of frequency and stroke is optimized according to the customer needs. Our shake unit design integrates the lubrication unit together with its piping. This makes the unit very compact and easy to install.
