PERFORMANCE AND BENEFITS

The ever-growing requirement of paper quality and production performances has confirmed the application of wire section as forming technology. According to the different needs, the solution of single or multi Fourdinier can be applied, Moreover, paper quality can be improved by adding a Top Former (VACUALL Series) on top of one of the forming tables, we manufactures a wide range of drainage elements from forming board to multi-chamber vacuum elements. Finally Twin wire formers dedicated or retrofitted have permitted further production speed increase and less 2-sideness. For high speed machines twin wires have evolved into GAP formers.

With this equipment, all major standard-type paper grades can be made scuh a fine papers, printing and writing, corrugated medium and liner, Coating base paper, newsprint, as well as specialty products like décor paper, filter paper, bank notes, reconstituted for which ABK has a deep knowledge and expertise.

SPECIAL FEATURES

Depending on the customers requirement we uses quick change features which enable short downtime for wire changing. Also, C-Frame technology does not require important civil work and load retention as the forces are contained within the machine frame beams. All ABK’s machinery are extremely vibration free and permithigh quality sheet forming.
