PERFORMANCE AND BENEFITS

Our press sections are custom made in order to achieve greater performance in terms of productivity and runnability. This is the result of closed team collaboration between our design and process application department with the customers.

Main advantages of our press sections are:

• Web breaks reduction thanks to the minimization of open draw
• High water removal capacity with suction press and extended NIP Press (shoe press)
• Low maintenance time with cantilever frames and independent roll removing devices.
• Uniform moisture on MD thanks to the continuous computer control NIP load
• Uniform moisture on CD thanks to the variable crown technology (FAL RollTM or Crown Controlled Roll)
• Minimum space requirements with compact solution
• Minimum loss of bulk and wet strength improvement with Shoe Press

SPECIAL FEATURES

Whatever the press design chosen, open draws are limited as much as possible. By accurately mixing together the three different technical solutions, according to the customer needs, it is possible to get the best available results in terms of paper quality and dryness level.
